Great job on wanting to lose weight and doing it. Great Work! A lot of people have no motivation and drive. When I started training I was really excited and determined to look like I was Dolf Lungderen, but after seeing myself too many times in the mirror I changed my ways.
I mix a good batch of cardio in with a specific weight training workout and I eat right, or at least try to. I use a lot of free weight loss tips and hints from Fitclick that really seem to help me mix up my workout.
